Prices are inclusive of EDC/IDC. & excluding PLC, all other charges payable extra, as per company policy.
Terms & Conditions
The Total Sale price is inclusive of External
Development Charges (EDC) and Infrastructural
Development Charges(IDC) which is payable@2667/- per
sq. yd and any upward revision in EDC/IDC thereof by
the concerned authorities the same shall be charged
on pro rata basis.
Club Membership Fee would be charged extra as
applicable.
PLC Charges shall be paid extra @ 1 PLC: 3% of
BSP, 2 PLC: 4% of BSP, 3 PLC: 5% of BSP.
The Stamp Duty & Registration fee, miscellaneous
charges, IFMS and other charges if applicable shall
be paid at the time of offer of possession.
Service tax will be charged extra as applicable.
Prices are subject to change any time at the
sole discretion of the company and price ruling on
the date of booking and acceptance by the company
shall be applicable.
Cheques/ Bank Drafts to be issued in favor of “
JINDAL REALTY PVT LTD – JGC SONEPAT “ payable at New
Delhi only.
Outstation Cheques at par at New Delhi shall be
accepted.
