80% of Total Sale Price (After Rebate) + EDC + IDC + PLC
On offer of possession
5% of Total Sale Price + IFMS + Stamp Duty+ Any other additional charges.
Note:
The development linked stages can be called for
payment in any sequence irrespective of the sequence
mentioned here and above
External Development Charges (EDC) and
Infrastructural Development Charges(IDC) is payable
extra@ 150/- per sq.ft
If any upward revision in EDC/IDC thereof by the
concerned authorities the same shall be charged on
prorata basis.
Interest Free Maintenance Security Deposit (
IFMS) will be charged extra on possession
Club Membership Fee would be charged extra as

Cheques/ Bank Drafts to be issued in favor of
“Jindal Realty Pvt. Ltd – JGC Sonepat” payable at
New Delhi only
Outstation Cheques payable at par at New Delhi shall
be accepted.
The Stamp Duty & Registration fee, Miscellaneous
charges, IFMS, Taxes and any other charges if
applicable shall be paid at the time of offer of
possession
