The above prices are inclusive of EDC/IDC @ Rs.
2667/- per sq. yd.. However, if there will be any
upward revision in the EDC/IDC by the concerned
authorities, the same shall be charged extra.
Service tax will be charged extra as applicable
Interest Free Maintenance Security Deposit (
IFMS) will be charged extra on possession
Club Membership Fee would be charged extra as
applicable.
The Stamp Duty & Registration fee, Miscellaneous
charges, IFMS and other charges if applicable shall
be paid at the time of offer of possession
Prices are subject to change any time at the
sole discretion of the company and price ruling on
the date of booking and acceptance by the company
