Our Visionary
Mr Naveen Jindal drives the Naveen Jindal Group with vision, conviction, and a deep belief in the power of enterprise to create change. Under his direction, the Group has evolved into a global industrial powerhouse with interests across steel, mining, infrastructure, and renewable energy. A champion of green transformation, he has steered the group towards carbon neutrality by 2047 powered by advanced technologies and low-emission production systems.
He serves as a Member of Parliament in his third term and remains dedicated to advancing societal progress. His long campaign for every Indian’s right to fly the National Flag led to a landmark Supreme Court ruling. As President of the Flag Foundation of India, he continues to inspire national pride.
Mr. Jindal is the Founding Chancellor of O.P. Jindal Global University, ranked India’s No. 1 private university in the QS World University Rankings 2023, and serves as President of the Indian Steel Association. His work has earned international recognition, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the University of Texas at Dallas (2023) and inclusion among Fortune India’s Best CEOs (2024).
An avid sportsman, polo player, and national record-holder in skeet shooting, Mr. Jindal brings the same spirit of focus and endurance to every pursuit. His vision continues to shape the Group’s journey of progress that is responsible, inclusive, and built to endure.
Abhay Kumar Mishra
Abhay Kumar Mishra, IRSE (Retd), is a distinguished global business leader with over four decades of experience spanning the infrastructure and real estate sectors across government and private enterprises. A UPSC topper and Harvard Business School alumnus, he has led several landmark public transport organizations, including Delhi Airport Metro, Mumbai Metro One, Reliance Roads, and Nacala Logistics in Mozambique.
Currently, he serves as Director General of the Infrastructure School of India Foundation and President & CEO of Jindal Realty Limited, bringing visionary leadership, institutional excellence, and international best practices to India’s infrastructure and real estate landscape.
